Kenneth Russell Barndt
2017-07-12

Kenneth Russell Barndt, age 63, of Gilbertsville, passed away on Monday, July 3rd, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of Orvis Barndt and the late Dorothy (Hinkle) Barndt of Pennsburg.

In addition to his father, Kenneth is survived by his wife Anita, daughters Veronica and Vanessa, brother David, sisters Linda, Barbara, and Beverly, step-sons Timothy and Gary, and many beloved step-grandchildren, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Kenny will be fondly remembered for his strength, kindness, and of course, his unique brand of humor. He loved fixing things around the house, and spending time outdoors with his loved ones.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Kenneth on Saturday, July 22nd at 3pm at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 564 Glasgow Street, Pottstown. Memorial contributions may be donated to the church or to the local Salvation Army branch where Ken loved to volunteer, 409 S Reading Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512.
