Terry L. Grill, 70, of Macungie, died May 6, 2017 in his residence

surrounded by his family.  He was the husband of Elizabeth A. (Mohry) Grill.

            Born in East Greenville, he was the son of the late Herman P. and Mae A. (Boyer) Grill. 

            He was a graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School in 1964.  Terry honorably served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded a Commendation Medal for Heroism. 

            He worked with his father at the East Greenville Welding Shop for 17 years.  He was also employed by the Blommer Chocolate Company in East Greenville for 32 years until he retired in 2014.    

            Survivors:  Terry is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Grill; Son, Ryan T. Grill and wife Patti and their child Justin; Daughter, Tara L. Chu and husband Steven and their children Tyler and Alyssa; Sister, Sandra R. Schantz wife of Russel L. Schantz of Macungie.

            Services:  Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 7:30 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus.  Visitation 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the funeral home.  Private interment with military honors will be held at a later date in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

            Contributions:  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice or Pancreatic Research.
