Ronald B. Bergey
2017-04-17

      Ronald B. Bergey, 66, husband of Lynn (Hallman) Bergey, of Green Lane,

passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Grand View Hospital.

      Born in Sellersville, he was the son of the late Abraham and Mary (Kooker) Bergey.

      He graduated from Boyertown High School in 1968. He was a butcher at Leidy's Inc. in Souderton for 27 years until his retirement.

      Ronald was a member of the Green Lane Fire Company as well as the East Greenville Fire Company where he participated in a bowling league for 30 years.

      He enjoyed camping, going to rodeos and vacationing at the beach with his family.

      In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Jason A. Bergey of Green Lane; step-son, William K. Bergey of Pennsburg; and his grandson, Abraham S. Bergey.

      In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by an infant sister, Faye.

      At Ronald's wish, there will be no services. Cremation was entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA.
