Winfield R. Lynch Sr., 83, of New Ringgold, passed away on March 27, 2017. Born in Arcola, PA, he was a son of the late B. Frank and I. Louise (Stierly) Lynch.

            Early in life, he was a furniture builder, and then he became a Diesel Truck Mechanic.

            Surviving are his daughter, Kathleen, wife of Mark Lane of Zionsville, and his son, Winfield Jr. of Orlando, FL; grandchildren: Patrick, Robyn, and Christopher; siblings: Howard and his wife Doris, and Gladys, wife of Thomas Zadoyko, both of Pottstown. He was predeceased by siblings: Mildred, Kenneth, Gerald, Ronald, and Raymond.

            A viewing will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. on Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church, 3104 Main St., Sumneytown, PA 18084, with a service to follow.  Interment will be in Frieden's Union Cemetery, Sumneytown.
