John A. Fronheiser
2017-03-18

            John A. Fronheiser, 86, of East Greenville, passed away Wednesday,

March 15, 2017 at home. He was the husband of the late Betty (Walt) Fronheiser, celebrating 61 years of marriage on October 1, 2016.

            Born in Barto, PA, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Marie (Melcher) Fronheiser.

            John enjoyed carpentry, gardening, hunting and helping others.

            He is survived by three sons, Allan D. (Francesca), Brian D. (Denise) and Mark S. (Nancy), six grandchildren; four brothers, one sister and was predeceased by four brothers.

            A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at St. Philip Neri Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA  18073. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the mass. Burial will be private at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church.
