Rick Vilello, deputy director of the Department of Community and Economic Development for Pennsylvania, was the guest speaker at the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber Intermunicipal Council's March 3 meeting at the Upper Perk YMCA.

        In addition to providing an overview of municipal and community services available through the Governor's Center for Local Government Services, Vilello shared his leadership trajectory from Mayor of Loch Haven to his current position at DCED.

        The Intermunicipal Council includes the UPV Legislative Affairs Council and representatives from each of the seven municipalities in the Upper Perkiomen Valley.
