Pamla O. (Price) Hudelson
2017-02-13

Pamla O. (Price) Hudelson, age 91, went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2017.  She was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on November 9, 1925 to Loretta E. (O'Neill) and Walter E. Price.

She attended primary school in New York state and graduation from Berwick High School in 1944.  She was married to the late Arthur R. Hudelson November 10, 1944.  They resided in the Green Lane area for many years.

A devoted wife and mother, her main goal as an adult was to provide a loving home for her family.  She was a talented seamstress and took pride in making her own wedding gown.  As an avid reader, she passed the love of reading and learning unto her children.  She loved people and served others wherever she could - providing meals, transportation and child care - to many.

From time to time, she worked outside the home in retail sales.  She also volunteered at the election polls in Upper Frederick Township. She was a member of Saint Andrews Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children Daphne Hollowbush and husband Ron, Bradley Hudelson and wife Judy, Renee Bachman and husband Barry, and Lindsay Dierolf and husband Barry; grandchildren Michelle Hollowbush and Nicole (Hollowbush) Weber, Joshua Hudelson, Dorian, Wesley and Brett Bachman, Brooke, Tanya and Kimberly Dierolf; great grandchildren Katherine and Thomas Lauman, Brynn and Meredith Weber, Jadyn Hollowbush and Jase Pittman; brothers James and Walter Price.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by a brother, Robert Price.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, February 19th at Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek in Telford, PA.  A calling hour will be from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.  Interment will be at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.

Online condolences may be made at www.lwottfuneralhome.com.
