Laurette E. Flanagan
2017-01-30

            Laurette E. (Magee) Flanagan, 78, widow of Kevin E. Flanagan, of Pennsburg, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospice-17th and Chew.

            Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Kinsinger) Magee.

            Laurette worked admissions for Eagleville Hospital for many years. Prior to that, she taught second grade at St. Philip Neri School in East Greenville.  She was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg.

            She will be missed by her children, Kevin T. Flanagan and wife, Debra of Phoenix, AZ, Laurette A., wife of Irwin Lebo of Allentown, PA and Eileen M. Williamson of Arizona; four grandchildren, Nichole Stine, Joel Stine, Alexander Lebo and Devin Flanagan; two great-grandchildren; her companion, Francis "Jerry" Crosson of Pennsburg, PA;  and her brother, Charles Magee of Yardley, PA.

            In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a daughter, Theresa M. Flanagan; a grandson, Kevin P. Lebo; and a sister, Edith M. Ramuno.

            A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2017  at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg PA 18073 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating.  Burial follows in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.  Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the church prior to the service.  Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA  18041.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Last Chance Ranch, 9 Beck Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
