Thomas J. McCabe Realty Welcomes New Sales Agent, Announces New Co-Owner/Partner

        Thomas J. McCabe Realty, located on Main St. in East Greenville, is pleased to announce that Scott Hussmann has joined their sales team.  They would also like to announce that Colleen McCabe Madrak is now Co-Owner/Partner at McCabe Realty.

        Tom McCabe, Broker/Owner, opened the office in 2006, and this year marks their 10 year anniversary.  To commemorate this special occasion, Tom has appointed, his daughter, Colleen McCabe Madrak, as Co-Owner, to facilitate a marketing campaign and growth plans in the Tri-County Area.

        Colleen is a 1993 Upper Perkiomen Graduate and a 1997 Graduate of Bloomsburg University, with a Degree in Business Management and Marketing.  Prior to getting into Real Estate, Colleen was a Marketing Manager for a credit union in Philadelphia.  She also possesses a Customer Service background working for what was Plummer Precision Optics and at Knoll.   In 2002, she obtained her Real Estate License.  Naturally, in 2006, when Tom decided to open his own office, she was there to assist him and get the office up and running.  Working alongside her father, since 2006, Colleen's knowledge of the real estate industry has grown exponentially .  She possesses strong negotiating skills, excellent customer service skills and  is on top of the current industry trends, which enables her to provide exemplary service to all of her clients.  She believes in the "Golden Rule"…its very simple…"Treat others as you would expect to be treated!". 

        Colleen has three children and now lives in Douglassville.  In her personal time, she enjoys running and playing soccer with her old Upper Perk teammates every week.  She also coaches two travel soccer teams and plays against Valley Soccer Club Teams… her old soccer club growing up.

         Scott Hussmann has recently joined McCabe Realty. You might just recognize Scott, if you were to drop by the office; as he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, after several years of success in the restaurant business, and most recently, as a multi-unit Dunkin' Donuts franchisee.  Scott owned and operated one of his Dunkin' Donuts locations in Pennsburg.  Scott has decided to start a new career in a field that will allow him to assist his many friends and business associates with their real estate needs.

        Scott is a longtime resident of Bucks and Montgomery County and is very familiar with the local real estate trends.
