Frederick Robert Pieper, 71, of Hereford, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2015.  He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Elenn) Pieper for 47 years.  He is also survived by his son William Gibson Pieper, of Philadelphia; daughter Patricia Leah Compton, of Emmaus; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four brothers; and seven sisters.   

            A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, July 28th at Monaghan Funeral Home.
