John H. Coulter, Jr
John H. Coulter, Jr., 79, husband of Lorinda E. (Platt) Coulter, Carmen Dr.,
Collegeville, PA, died peacefully Saturday, June 6th. He was a former resident of Green Lane and Upper Hanover Twp.
Jack was born on June 8, 1935, in Philadelphia, and was a son of the late John H. Coulter, Sr., MD., and the late Virginia E. (Kirk) Coulter. He was a graduate of Penn Charter School and University of Virginia. He was also a US Navy veteran.
Jack retired in 1990 from Synthane Taylor Corp in Oaks, PA where he worked for 30 years. During his retirement he was a US Postal Service letter carrier in Collegeville and Schwenksville. Jack was a member of Warren Lodge #310, Free & Accepted Masons, Collegeville, and VFW.
In addition to his wife, Jack is survived by his daughters, Margaret "Meg," wife of Anthony Cinelli, Worcester Twp., PA, Katharine "Kate," wife of James Milko, Annapolis. MD, and Virginia "Ginger," wife of Edward Roelle, Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, TJ Cinelli, Michael Cinelli, Alexander Weldon, Sean Milko, and Emily Milko; and his brother, Robert, husband of Nancy Coulter, Port Orange, FL. He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Hihn.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday June 11th, at Trinity Reformed Church, UCC, in Collegeville, with the Rev. Dr. Martha B. Kriebel, Pastor, officiating. Friends may call from 9:45 to 10:45 AM, Thursday, at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Reformed Church, UCC, 532 E. Main St. Collegeville, PA 19426.
