St. Luke’s Hospital Quakertown Campus Welcomes St. Luke’s Pulmonology Associates
St. Luke's Quakertown Campus announced today that Livia Bratis, DO, Manuel Jimenez-Serrano, MD, Nicole D. G. Yoder, DO and Thomas B. Zanders, DO, FACP, pulmonologists with St. Luke's Pulmonology Associates, will now see patients in Upper Bucks and Upper Montgomery counties.
Pulmonologists are specially trained to treat complicated respiratory diseases and conditions of the chest, such as pneumonia, asthma, tuberculosis, emphysema, as well as complicated chest infections.
St. Luke's Pulmonology Associates physicians provide patients with current treatments and new therapeutic methods, such as bronchial thermoplasty, to help patients suffering from chronic asthma breathe easier.
"We are pleased to expand the availability of outpatient pulmonology services in our market area," says John Sylvia, President of St. Luke's Quakertown Campus. "Though we have been able to provide quality emergency department and inpatient consultative services in the past, residents of the area were required to travel for outpatient pulmonology services. Our goal is to provide specialty services as close to where people live as possible. Now, the same physicians who provide high-quality care at the other facilities within St. Luke's University Health Network will also provide care in Upper Bucks County. This addition will allow for the majority of pulmonary care to be delivered in Quakertown, with only a few select procedures and tests requiring a short drive to St. Luke's University Hospitals in Allentown and Bethlehem," adds Sylvia.
St. Luke's Pulmonology Associates is located in the Medical Office Building on the hospital campus, 1021 Park Avenue, Suite 50, Quakertown. For more information or to schedule an appointment, patients should call InfoLink at 1-866-STLUKES (785-8537).
