In July, Frederick Living's health care center received the best possible rating on its annual licensure survey from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, citing zero deficient practices.                 Anna Bieler, chairperson of resident council, participated in the Department of Health survey. Reflecting on Frederick Living, she stated, "The staff do so many things for me to make sure my life is comfortable, and I'm happy I'm here.
