Does your small business have a successful internet presence? Are you ready to move into mobile marketing, but don't know how to get started? Before you take that crucial step in developing and deploying a business website, spend an evening with two experts in the field of website creation and design.
Raymond Niemczura, owner of Gold Dog Web Solutions, LLC, and Jason Meyers, owner of MyBusinessOnPage1, an online and mobile marketing agency, team up to present a timely workshop, "Using Websites and the Power of Mobile." The workshop will be presented from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Monday, March 3, at the SCORE office located on the ground level of the New York Plaza Building, 244 High St., Suite 102, Pottstown. Participants can access the SCORE office from the parking lot behind the plaza building where there is ample, free parking.
This class is designed for anyone who is contemplating a website or anyone who already has a website and would like to use it more effectively as part of a marketing strategy. Workshop attendees will learn what basic decisions are required before setting up a website and how the selected features and online properties will work together to form an integrated, automated marketing system for the business. Topics like email, ecommerce, blogging, content revision support, and customer information capture will be addressed. Finally, participants will learn why having a mobile-optimized website is so important and best practices for creating one.
The workshop is a super value at only $25, and there is a 50 percent discount for a second person registering at the same time. Registrations are being accepted online at www.pottstownscore.org. Seating is limited, so please register early.
SCORE is a nonprofit organization, sponsored by the Small Business Administration. In addition to creating low-cost workshops, SCORE provides free and confidential counseling to start-up businesses and works with established businesses through the challenges faced in today's economic climate.
