New Hanover Township Police said two juveniles were flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest and the unidentified driver of a vehicle was also transported to a hospital after a Dec. 26 crash in the township.
Authorities said the driver of a small sedan hit the front of a township roads department vehicle, which was removing snow on Henning Road, sometime around 10:25 a.m.
Police said the crash, between Hill and Deep Creek roads, also injured the driver of the township vehicle, who remains unidentified. That person was transported to Pottstown Memorial Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
According to reports, New Hanover Police were assisted at the scene by Douglass Township (Mont.) Police, New Hanover Fire Company, Green Lane Fire Company, Upper Perk Ambulance, Gilbertsville EMS, Mid-Atlantic MedEvac, Jeff-Stat Flight Service and Bally EMS.
New Hanover Police said, when contacted Friday, that no additional information was available until an investigation is completed. The condition of the people injured also remains unknown.
