Anthony Noland, associate broker, realtor at RE/MAX 440 in Pennsburg, began celebrating the holidays last Friday night with his first Client Appreciation Event.
Invitations were extended to clients (past and present) as well as those that have referred his services as a real estate agent along with their families to join him and his family at the Grand Theater in East Greenville for a showing of “The Polar Express.” With lots of holiday cheer, he greeted approximately 150 attendees. Guests were treated to popcorn and drinks along with the movie. It was a festive atmosphere with lots of giggles and smiles from parents and children alike as they watched the movie.
With prizes, goody bags and even three special golden ticket giveaways, the energy and excitement continued after the movie ended, Noland said. For the first of many events to come, he said it was a wonderful success and the feedback so far has been overwhelming. When asked why he was doing this, as it seems uncommon, Noland replied, “I have been blessed to have the best years of my career these past few years in a transitional market. This is just my way of giving back in some small way to the families that have placed their trust in me with the largest financial transaction of their lives.”
RE/MAX 440 is located at 101 Quakertown Ave. in Pennsburg.
