Esther Irene Weiss, 100, formerly of East Greenville, passed away September 20, 2013 at Frederick Living.  Born in East Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Irene (Bowman) Weiss.  Miss Weiss was a librarian at the Perkiomen School for 28 years before retiring in 2004.  Prior to that, she was a Librarian for the Lankenau School from 1948-1979.  She began her career as a 3rd grade teacher in Pennsburg and New Hanover Twp.

            Esther was pre-deceased by her sister, Viola Weiss.

            Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, September 25th in St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery, Penn Street, Pennsburg.  Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg is in charge of her arrangements.  Visit her "Book of Memories" at www.falkfuneralhome.com.
