THE APPLICATION OF KAYLIE LOYD, FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 27- 304.A.5.b OF THE UPPER SALFORD ZONING ORDINANCE IN ORDER TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN THE NATURE OF A BARN FOR THE KEEPING OF TWO HORSES AND A WORKSHOP PLACED 40 FEET FROM ONE PROPERTY LINE WHERE 100 FEET IS REQUIRED.
