PUBLIC HEARING - UPPER HANOVER TWP.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Upper Hanover Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on amending an ordinance, described below, on July 8th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Township building at 1704 Pillsbury Road, East Greenville, PA 18041. The Board may choose to vote on the ordinance that evening or choose to defer a vote until a later date. The ordinance may be viewed at the Township building during normal business hours or viewed on the Township website www.upperhanovertownship.org. All residents and interested persons may appear at the above time and place and will be heard. If you are a person with a disability and require auxiliary aid or other assistance, please contact the Township at 215-679-4401.

AN ORDINANCE OF UPPER HANOVER TOWNSHIP AMENDING CODIFIED ORDINANCE 500-814, FENCES AND WALLS, BY ADDING A REQUIREMENT THAT FENCES AND WALLS SHALL HENCEFORTH REQUIRE A TOWNSHIP-ISSUED PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OR EXPANSION OF SAME; INCLUDING SEVERANCE AND REPEALER CLAUSES, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
