NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ZONING HEARING BOARD OF UPPER SALFORD TOWNSHIP, MONTGOMERY COUNTY, WILL HOLD A HEARING ON THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025, AT 6:30 P.M. AT THE UPPER SALFORD TOWNSHIP BUILDING AT 1441 SALFORD STATION ROAD, HARLEYSVILLE, PA 19438 ON THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION.
THE APPLICATION OF SCOTT AND SARAH HOLZHAUER, FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 27- 602 OF THE UPPER SALFORD ZONING ORDINANCE IN ORDER TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN INGROUND SWIMMING POOL, OUTBUILDING, WALKWAYS AND ASSOCIATED IMPROVEMENTS WHICH WILL INCREASE THE IMPERVIOUS SURFACES ON THEIR PROPERTY TO 17.1 % OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERMITS A MAXIMUM INPERVIOUS SURFACE COVERAGE OF 15% IN THE R-2 RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

THE HEARING WILL BE HELD IN PERSON AT THE UPPER SALFORD TOWNSHIP BUILDING AND INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
