NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of East Greenville will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 7:00 o'clock PM at the East Greenville Borough Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania to consider the application of Tina and Richard Frey, 205 West 6th Street, East Greenville Pennsylvania, for a special exception or variance from the terms of the East Greenville Zoning Ordinance of 1996, as amended. The property in question is located at 205 West 6th Street in the Borough of East Greenville. Improvements on the property consist of a single-family dwelling and a garage. The proposal of the Applicant is to install solar panels on the roof of the dwelling house and the garage. The Applicants are requesting relief from the required setback distance from the edge of the roof of the dwelling specified in Section 95-165B (3)(a)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance.
