 PUBLIC HEARING - PENNSBURG posted May 24, 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Borough Council of Pennsburg Borough, Montgomery County, PA, will hold a public hearing at or after 7:00 p.m. on the 13th day of June 2023, at 76 West 6th Street, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Borough Council will consider adopting an Ordinance for Street Cleaning parking restrictions.
A summary of the Ordinance is as follows: The Ordinance provides for Street Cleaning parking regulations and associated penalties for violating these regulations.
If any person who wishes to attend the hearing has a disability and/or requires auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceedings, please contact the Borough at 215-679-4546 to discuss how those needs may be accommodated.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Borough of Pennsburg Building, 76 W. 6'h Street, Pennsburg, PA 18073 during normal business hours.
