TAKE NOTICE that the Milford Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, June 12th, 2023, at 7:00 PM in the township building (2100 Krammes Rd.) to consider the following:
1. Application of Matthew and Tracee Myers for a Variance from sections 404B, (b), and 404 H2 (c), (d) to allow a maximum impervious surface coverage from 15% to 34%, on a nonconforming lot in which 33.4% impervious surface is already in use, to permit the building of a deck that would en-croach upon the rear property line where a set-back requirement is 50 feet. Located at 1611Tamanend Dr., TMP No. 23-010-305 in the RD zoning district.
2. Application of Adam Klein and Stephanie Zimmermann-Schmidt (Morgan Creek Farms) for a Variance, Special Exception, and/or Interpretation/Appeal from sections 403 E1, E10, and E12 to permit a retail shop, indoor and outdoor entertainment to supplement a permitted use under Section A7- Agricultural Retail. Located at 2565 Tollgate Rd., TMP No. 23-021-084 and TMP No. 23-021-084-001 in the RA zoning district.
