Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Marlborough Township Municipal Building located at 6040 Upper Ridge Road, Green Lane, PA 18054, the Township Board of Supervisors of Marlborough Township will hold a public meeting to consider enacting the following:

AN ORDINANCE OF MARLBOROUGH TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND COMCAST OF SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA, LLC

A copy of the full text of the ordinance and agreement may be examined at the address set forth above, during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
