PUBLIC HEARING - UPPER HANOVER TWP.

Notice is hereby given that an application for an addition to the Upper Hanover Township Agricultural Security Area has been filed with the governing body. The application was filed by Stephen and Carin Void, 2685 Upper Ridge Road, Marlborough Township for 17.26acres identified as belonging to TP #45-00-02065-00-5 in Marlborough Township.

The application is on file at Upper Hanover Township, 1704 Pillsbury Road, East Greenville, PA 18041 and is available for public inspection. A Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 7:00 Pm at the address above to hear testimony as to why the Township's Agricultural Security Area should be amended to include this property, and to accept public comment and questions on the application. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the property is suitable for inclusion. It is possible the Board of Supervisors will vote on the application the same night.
