REQUEST FOR BIDS - EAST GREENVILLE

The Borough of East Greenville, Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for Frederick J. Bieler Community Park - Playscape Project. The project is located at the intersection of Blaker Drive and Third Street in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. This project consists of improvements to an existing public park. Improvements include new play surface, playground edging, new playground equipment, and signage. Two alternate bids are proposed to add to the park experience.
 
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of Architerra, PC, telephone number 610-282-1398. A non-refundable fee of $40.00 is required for each set of bid documents. Checks are to be made payable to Architerra, PC but be delivered to Architerra before bid documents will be supplied. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 pm June 13, 2023 at the Borough of East Greenville Town Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania 18041. Bids are due by 2:00pm on June 26, 2023 at the Borough of East Greenville Town Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania 18041 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids are to be sealed and plainly marked with the words "Bieler Park".
