PUBLIC HEARING - UPPER HANOVER TWP.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 13, 2023, the Upper Hanover Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building at 1704 Pillsbury Road, East Greenville, PA, to hear evidence and accept public comment and questions on the conditional use application of Ben Baver, relating to 1528 Markley Road, Pennsburg, tax parcel number 57-00-02491-00-8. Applicant seeks to build a 2,880 square foot accessory structure building and based on the size of the structure he can only do so with conditional use approval, ordinance 500-808.B. (2) (b). The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether Applicant has satisfied all conditions and requirements for the grant of conditional use approval. It is possible that the Board of Supervisors will vote on the application the same night.

All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Supervisors at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. If you are a person with a disability and require auxiliary aid or other assistance, please contact the Township at 215-679-4401.
