Applicant is requesting approval of a detached garage 24'x40' [960 square feet] in size for personal use for residential storage on a 39,909-sf lot located in the R-1 Agricultural

Low-Density Residential Zoning District. On a lot of that size, the zoning ordinance only allows structures up to 500 square feet without conditional use approval by the Board of Supervisors, Ordinance 500-808.

A Conditional Use Public Hearing will be conducted at 7:00 PM on June 14, 2022 at the Upper Hanover Township Building located at 1704 Pillsbury Road, East Greenville, PA 18041. The hearing is open to the public and the application is available at the Township Building for inspection during normal business hours.  It is possible that the Board of Supervisors will vote upon  the application after the close of evidence.
