ZONING HEARING BOARD - UPPER HANOVER TWP. AQUA, PA

Notice is hereby given that an application for the Upper Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board was received from AQUA PA, INC. 762 West Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 for property located in Upper Hanover Township: Green Lane Reservoir at Ward & Knight Roads, Tax Parcel Number 57-00-02170-50-9; Block 54, Unit 12 in the R-1 Agricultural-Low Density Residential Zoning District. Applicant is seeking relief from Chapter 500 Zoning of Upper Hanover Township Codified Code to permit the construction of a sign at the intersection of Ward Road and Knight Road. Applicant requests a variance from: (1) Section 500-1002. A.(5)(c) to permit the total square footage of the sign to be increased from the maximum square feet of 20 to a proposed square footage of 70 square feet; and (2) Section 500-1002(B) to permit the height of the sign to be increased from the maximum permitted height of 6 feet to a proposed height of 10 feet.
 
The Zoning Hearing Board will meet Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 7:00 PM at the Upper Hanover Township Municipal Building, 1704 Pillsbury Road, East Greenville, PA 18041. The hearing is open to the public and the application is available at the Township Building for inspection during normal business hours.
