Grand View Health Names New Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
2020-04-22

Grand View Health has announced that Courtney Coffman has joined the leadership team as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She started with Grand

View Health at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic and has been integral to the organization's financial planning and preparedness efforts during this unprecedented time in healthcare.

Coffman is responsible for the oversight and management of the financial functions within Grand View Health including the continued development of the organization's strategic financial plan, program-specific business plans and the annual operating and capital budget. She manages all financial reporting and will work to ensure the overall financial viability of the organization with an immediate focus on the implications of the current coronavirus pandemic.

Coffman joined Grand View from Penn State Health St. Joseph where she held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure, she used her financial planning and analysis skills to assist the organization in better understanding and management of their financial and operational performance.

"Courtney's leadership and experience in community health care, combined with her knowledge of the region have made her an excellent fit for us" says Jean Keeler, JD, President and CEO of Grand View Health. "As we forge ahead through unpredictable economic, governmental and healthcare challenges resulting from the coronavirus pandemic, Courtney's expertise is integral to our fiscal health and fulfillment of our organizational growth initiatives."

Prior to Penn State, Coffman served as the Market Chief Financial Officer for Lower Bucks Hospital and Suburban Community Hospital, both members of the Prime Healthcare Services organization.

Coffman holds a BBA in Accounting from Temple University.
