LEGAL NOTICE
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Article XVIII, Section 1807 of the Pennsburg Borough Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the Pennsburg Borough Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Pennsburg Borough Hall, 76 W. Sixth Street, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania on the application of:
 
KATHLEEN S. DIEHL for a Variance from Article 3, Section 315. Kennels. of the Pennsburg Borough Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to permit the housing of 25-40 dogs on a parcel where the limit is ten dogs per acre (lot is approximately one-half acre).  Applicant intends to operate a dog day care.  The relief is sought for the property located at 738 Main Street, Pennsburg Borough, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and is located in an RC-Residential Commercial District.
 
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard.  The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
